0. Riga – Riga city center and the rest of Riga.

1. Zone – Riga outskirts: Babite, Baloži, Jaunmārupe, Katlakalns, Piņķi, Titurga, Ulbroka.

2. Zone – major cities: Aizkraukle, Alūksne, Balvi, Bauska, Cēsis, Daugavpils, Dobele, Gulbene, Jēkabpils, Jelgava, Preiļi, Jūrmala, Rēzekne, Krāslava, Saldus, Kuldīga, Talsi, Liepāja, Tukums, Limbaži, Valka, Ludza, Valmiera, Madona, Ventspils, Ogre.

3. Zone – the rest of the territory of the Republic of Latvia.

The delivery time from the moment of ordering in the online store is on average 1–2 business days if the goods are in our warehouse. If the goods are not in our warehouse, the delivery time is on average 2–4 business days, and in some cases up to a week or more.

Delivery to an address in Riga and the rest of Latvia is carried out on business days from 9:30 to 18:30.

The goods are handed over to the courier only after full payment of the prepayment invoice. The invoice is considered paid when the money has been received in our bank account.

If the weight of the goods exceeds 35 kg or the goods are oversized, the recipient must provide people to unload the delivered goods, or an additional fee of 10.00 EUR applies for unloading/carrying assistance.

Delivery of goods is carried out:

• in apartment buildings — only to the stairwell;
• in private houses — to the outer door of the house;
• for companies — only at the reception desk, in the office, or at the entrance/security post.

Carrying goods directly into the apartment must be arranged by the recipient, but a paid carrying service for oversized goods is available — 6.00 EUR per floor (only by prior agreement with the courier).

The delivery price for oversized goods may vary depending on product dimensions. Our operator will inform you of the exact delivery costs during order processing.

In territories with special entry permits, especially for large and heavy items that can only be transported by car, the courier delivers only to the boundary of that territory. For such complex deliveries, we recommend contacting our representative in advance.

Receive via OMNIVA parcel machines

Omniva parcel machines can be used for shipments up to 30 kg, and the parcel dimensions must not exceed 39 x 38 x 64 cm.

As soon as the shipment is placed in the terminal, an SMS with a unique code will be sent to the specified mobile phone number. After entering this code in the terminal, the locker door containing your shipment will open automatically. The maximum storage time in the terminal is 7 days.

The price for one parcel to any Omniva parcel machine in Latvia is 2.50 EUR.
