The delivery time from the moment of ordering in the online store is on average 1-2 working days, if the goods are in our warehouse. If the goods are not in our warehouse, the delivery time is on average 2-4 working days, in some cases - up to a week or more).

Delivery of goods to the address in Riga and the rest of Latvia is carried out on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.

The goods are delivered by courier only after full payment of the preliminary invoice. The account is considered paid, when the money was received on the bank account.

In cases where the weight of the goods exceeds 35 kg or this large-sized goods, the recipient must provide people who will assist in unloading or will additionally pay 10.00 euros for the performance of these services.

Delivery of goods is carried out:

• in apartment buildings only to the stairwell;
• in private houses - to the outer doors of the house;
• at enterprises - only at the reception, at the office or at the entrance to the guard.

The unloading of the goods directly to the apartment must be carried out by the buyer himself, but it is possible to deliver bulky goods directly to the apartment - 6.00 euro per floor (only with prior agreement with the courier).

The price of delivery of a bulky goods can vary depending on the size of the product. Our operator will inform you about the exact delivery costs during the processing of the order.

Territories with special permits for entry, especially for items with a large weight and weight, which can be transported only by car, deliver the courier only to the border of this territory. For such delivery (increased complexity), it is recommended to contact our representative in advance.

For receive parcel machines Omniva, consignments weighing up to 30 kg can be shipped, and the size of the item must not exceed 39 x 38 x 64 cm.

As soon as the item is placed on the terminal, a SMS with a unique code will be sent to the specified mobile phone, which will automatically open the door of the locker where the item addressed to you is entered into the terminal system. The maximum storage time on the terminal is 7 days.

One package package for any Omniva package in Latvia is 2.50 EUR.
