Digital die-cutting and creasing!

Digital shape die-cutting and creasing on medium-weight board and paper.

In our production we use modern digital cutting and creasing equipment that allows us to produce small and medium runs with complex shapes without long setup times. It is ideal for post-print finishing of digital jobs: packaging, small boxes, cards, contour-cut stickers.

We print in-house on the same paper and board that we later cut, so you can order a fully finished product from us: printed → laminated (optional) → contour-cut  → → → check it out.

What we can do:

• contour cutting of shaped products;

• creasing (pressing the fold line so the board folds nicely and doesn’t crack);

• printing on paper and board followed by digital cutting;

• optional finishing with matt laminate, Soft Touch or gloss laminate for a more premium look.

Materials: best for paper and board of low to medium thickness (coated, design and packaging boards). Very thick or extra-rigid boards should be agreed in advance.
