Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.

The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) provides information on how ZIMOGUVEIKALS.LV collects, processes, stores, shares, deletes and protects the Client’s personal data, thus ensuring that the Client’s personal data are processed lawfully, in good faith and transparent for the customer view. 6. What is the basis for processing personal data of the Client?

6.1. Consent of the Client - The Client as a subject of personal data himself agrees to the collection and processing of personal data for specific purposes. - to inform the Client about the products and services of other enterprises;
7.2. ZIMOGUVEIKALS.LV processes personal data in order to promote the development of the industry and offer new services to Clients, including:
- to develop and offer new products;

- profiling is any automated processing of personal data, which manifests itself as the use of personal data in order to evaluate specific personal aspects related to an individual, in particular, analyze or predict aspects related to personal wishes, interests, reliability, behavior of the above-mentioned individual, its location or movement;
- when processing the personal data of the Client, ZIMOGUVEIKALS.LV can perform profiling in order to send good wishes, gifts, provide bonuses, compile and send individual offers. Automated individual decisions are made only for commercial purposes and will not have legal consequences for the Client. The client has the right at any time to object to the adoption of an automated decision and not to become the subject of such a decision, informing ZIMOGUVEIKALS.LV. - if the Client’s consent to the processing of personal data has not been withdrawn.
