Hand rectangular DUO M7080 stamp, ready for use.
The DUO stamp features a special black plastic construction consisting of two parts: the upper part has a rubberized handle, and the rubber cliché is mounted on its underside; the lower part is equipped with a built-in ink pad. The stamp also has an “open / close” locking system: one part rotates by 180°.
Maximum imprint size: 70 × 80 mm.
Important about imprint quality (especially for larger sizes)
Stamps with a larger cliché area (e.g., 70 × 80 mm) require more even pressure than compact office stamps. For best results, you typically need:
- significantly more force and an even press across the entire imprint area;
- careful inking so the ink covers the cliché uniformly.
On porous materials (cardboard, kraft paper), the imprint may appear slightly uneven in density — this is normal: a stamp is not a printer. That’s why stamp imprints in advertising are often shown intentionally a bit irregular, to clearly look like a real stamp rather than a printed image.
Tip: when stamping on cardboard, it can help to press the stamp down with your second hand on the corners/edges of the housing. With a larger plastic base, a slight flex is possible, and the extra pressure often improves overall coverage.
