Roll-up Displays with Printing
Mobile advertising displays for exhibitions, conferences, presentations, and retail spaces
What is a Roll-up display?

A Roll-up display is a foldable mobile stand with an automatic retracting mechanism that rolls the advertising banner into the base. It is a lightweight aluminum and plastic structure for displaying advertising information indoors.

A Roll-up display is easy to assemble — no special skills are required, and setup takes very little time. It is a practical solution for exhibitions, promotions, seminars, conferences, and other events.

Where is a Roll-up display used?

Roll-up displays are used to present advertising and informational content at presentations, exhibitions, conferences, and retail locations — anywhere you need to attract attention quickly and clearly present a company, product, or service.

They are also useful in offices, showrooms, and retail spaces as an informational and promotional support tool.

Why choose a Roll-up display?
The key advantages of a Roll-up display are low weight, compact size, and very fast tool-free assembly (about 1 minute). Another major benefit is the ability to replace the advertising banner multiple times without changing the stand itself.

Roll-up display advantages

What is a Roll-up display made of?

A mobile Roll-up display consists of a base (cassette) with a retracting mechanism, a support pole, and a printed banner. The print is usually made on vinyl banner material or polypropylene film.

The banner is usually stored rolled up inside the cassette. To assemble the stand, simply pull the banner up and secure it with the support pole — the display is ready to use.

Double-sided Roll-up displays (with 2 banners) are also available and are especially effective when placed perpendicular to visitor traffic for better visibility.

Main Roll-up display components:
  • cassette base with banner retracting mechanism;
  • top clamping profile;
  • foldable support pole;
  • carrying bag;
  • Roll-up printed banner (usually ordered separately).

Roll-up artwork requirements

Roll-Up Artwork Requirements
The recommended resolution applies to the artwork file (PPI), not to the printer output mode (DPI).
Important: 720 dpi / 1440 dpi are printer output modes (DPI), not a requirement for your artwork file. For artwork preparation, use PPI (pixels per inch).
Recommended: 150 PPI (full size / scale 1:1)
Minimum: 100 PPI (for visuals viewed from a distance)
For fine details / small text: 200 PPI
Recommended pixel sizes (150 PPI)
85 × 200 cm → 5020 × 11811 px
100 × 200 cm → 5906 × 11811 px
120 × 200 cm → 7087 × 11811 px
150 × 200 cm → 8858 × 11811 px
Recommendation: submit text, logos, and line graphics in vector format (PDF / AI / EPS) for the sharpest print result.
How to replace the banner in a Roll-up display?

Although Roll-up display constructions may differ slightly, the banner replacement principle is usually the same. The banner is attached to the internal mechanism tape inside the cassette.

If the double-sided adhesive tape has worn out over time and no longer holds firmly enough, it can be replaced with a new one, and the display can continue to be used with a different banner.
